The Denon MCX8000 DJ Controller is the perfect combination of hardware and software. The controller can be used both standalone and in MIDI modes. It is possible to use two channels of the MCX8000 with music files on a USB flash drive when files are analyzed in Denon's Engine software. Import crates/playlists directly from Serato to Engine and start playing. The large, clear displays can be used to browse and show track / FX info to make spinning eeven easier. Do you prefer with DJ software? No problem, the Denon MCX8000 can also be used as a MIDI controller in the included Serato DJ software: it can be used to control up to 4 channels!

Multifunctional pads

The 8 large MPC-style pads under the jog wheel can be used in multiple modes. Use these pads for example to trigger hot cues, rolls or slicers. Want to mix samples with your playing tracks? No problem, the 8 pads can in fact also be used as (velocity) sample triggers. In addition, Denon has equipped the pads with double features to make them even more multifunctional. The extra modes are cue loops, recorded loops, loops slicer, and the velocity sampler. The Denon DN-MCX8000 has built-in controls for Serato's advanced Flip expansion. With Serato Flip track automation can be defined in the preparation (for example, a roll or skipping a break) and can be performed directly by the Serato software.

FX parameters

A major advantage on this standalone DJ controller is the fact that the effect parameters are shown directly on the clear displays. Moreover, the effects can be switched between single and group mode, which extended one effect, respectively, to three parameters per unit which can be independently controlled (only for use in Serato MIDI mode).

Engine software

The Denon MCX8000 comes with Engine software. This revolutionary DJ software can be used to prepare tracks for use with the MCX8000. Create playlists / crates for performances and place cue points in tracks to be optimally prepared. In addition, there is also the possibility to synchronize the entire Serato DJ library with the MCX8000!

Mixer unit

Want to connect additional sources to the MCX8000? No problem. This hardware controller has two line inputs and two line / phono inputs that can also be used for DVS (Digital Vinyl System) capabilities within the Serato DJ software. The controller is also Serato DVS upgrade-ready. Moreover, there is also the option to connect an additional controller on the built-in USB hub for even more possibilities! Of course, the Denon MCX8000 has the same legendary build quality as other Denon DJ products.
