Zoom SSH-6e

Zoom SSH-6e is a mid-side shotgun microphone for crystal clear recordings that captures sound and ambient noises in detail. With precise control over the stereo image, you can record hyper-directional audio and mix only the ambient sounds you want, allowing you to determine exactly which elements come to the forefront in your mix.

Zoom SSH-6e uses the mid-side setup which allows you to adjust the stereo width of your recording afterwards; the mid-microphone captures direct sound and the side-microphone delivers a super wide stereo image so you can fine-tune the balance between direct and spatial sound. You can record in RAW to modify the stereo width after recording, and the Capsule System 3.0 provides a stable connector and enables 32-bit float recordings.
