Product Information Zoom MSH-6
Mid-Side recording is becoming more common. The capsule contains two elements: a forward-facing unidirectional microphone (the "mid") and a side-facing bi-directional microphone (the "side").
Together with the H5 and H6's built-in MS decoder, they provide a fully mono-capable stereo image that can be adjusted after the recording.
