The Universal Audio Bock 251 is Universal Audio's flagship multi-pattern tube condenser microphone, hand-built at the UA Custom Shop in Santa Cruz. This David Bock-designed masterpiece goes beyond the famed ELAM 251,* considered by many to be the best vocal microphone ever made, and incorporates hand-crafted components for a rich vintage sound with improvements for performance and consistency.
With its German-made CK12 capsule and large output transformer, the UA Bock 251 gives you an extended low frequency response down to 10 Hz and higher SPL compared to vintage 251 microphones.
Each UA Bock 251 is hand-wired with premium components and built and tested to David Bock's exacting specifications. With its vintage-inspired case, robust shockmount and accessories, this microphone spares no expense to last a lifetime.
