De UR44 werkt met alle belangrijke audio editing, mastering en muziek productie software die ASIO, Core Audio of WDM standaard ondersteunen en heeft topkwaliteit converters met een maximale sampling rate van 192 kHz met 24 bit resolutie voor hele zuivere geluidsopnames.
Alsof dit alles nog niet voldoende was heeft Steinberg de interface ook nog eens compatibel gemaakt voor iPad. Wanneer inspiratie toeslaat kun je dan in combinatie met bijvoorbeeld de Cubasis app je muzikale ideeën on the road uitschrijven en later naar je computer sturen om ze met Cubase af te maken. Kortom: een ideale geluidskaart om als muzikant in je bezit te hebben.
