Product Information SOMA Lyra-8 Orange
The SOMA LYRA-8 is a unique analog synthesizer designed by Vlad Kreimer. The device works in an “organismic” manner, in which the synthesizer's modules communicate with each other like the elements of a living organism. The LYRA-8 contains eight voices, divided into four pairs, which operate on nonlinear principles, similar to the tone generators of old electronic organs. The voices can operate in both organ mode and FM synthesis mode.
The synthesizer also has advanced modules such as the HYPER LFO, a complex low-frequency generator, and the MOD DELAY, which provides delay effects with unique self-modulation options. At the end of the signal chain is the DISTORTION module, which further distorts the sounds. Despite its experimental nature, the LYRA-8 is definitely a professional instrument, ready for live performances and studio recordings without additional post-processing.
