SLXD2 Handheld Transmitter Beta87/A

This wireless microphone is a SLXD2 handheld transmitter with Beta87/A microphone capsule. It can only be used in combination with the SLXD4 or SLXD4D receiver (sold separately). The Beta87A capsule had a supercardioid/condenser design, allowing it to pick up even the smallest details. Normally, condenser microphones are not ideal for live use, as they pick up more detail and therefore are more sensitive to feedback. This is an exception, because the supercardioid polar pattern ensures that the ambient noise is suppressed as much as possible. Other singers or instruments nearby are also filtered out as much as possible. Thanks to the smart design of the SLX-D series, the microphone capsules are interchangeable. That's just one of the many reasons why this system is incredibly versatile and scalable. The handheld transmitter, in combination with the receiver, has a range of approx. 100 meters and is easy to link via IR or scan synchronization. The transmitter will last up to 8 hours on batteries or on the separately available rechargeable battery.
