sE's best-selling, GRAMMY-singer-cardioid recording, award-winning microphone (including the Music Industry Association award), received a facelift and update feature.
The core of the 2200 is the handmade and hand-tuned brass capsule which has put sE on the market as a serious manufacturer.
This gold-sputtered center-terminated is constructed in the same manner as the European vintage capsule used for decades by many and loved.
The new stylish black lacquer is more than just looks: the paint is mixed with rubber to dampen chassis resonances. In addition, the sE2200 comes with matching black rubber shock mount so that all your recordings consist only of the sounds that you want to record.
