Product Information Roli Live Control Block
The Live Block and Loop Block make it even easier to perform and produce music on BLOCKS. Their buttons activate the features that you use most — whether it’s recording a loop on the Loop Block or changing scales and triggering chords on the Live Block. These features are available through the NOISE app too. But with a Live Block or Loop Block, you don’t even need to glance at a software menu. You just tap a button.
The Live Block is for performance. When you’re playing live — whether on stage or in your favorite chair — every second counts. The buttons let you switch scales and octaves, trigger chords and arpeggios, and sustain notes in real time.
The Live Block and Loop Block connect with a click to the Lightpad Block. It couldn’t be more convenient: the buttons are less than a finger-length away from the Lightpad Block’s playable surface. Reconfigure the Blocks however you want, whenever you want — even in the middle of playing a song. Connect a Live Block to the top or bottom, right or left of the Lightpad Block. Connect a Live Block and a Loop Block beside each other, or separate them on either side of the Lightpad Block. If you want to physically disconnect the Blocks, they still work together wirelessly.

A. Toggle control of tracks, loops, or presets
B. Adjusts the level of the instrument selected (0%-100%)
C. Changes the musical scale displayed on the Lightpad BLOCK
D. Enables chord mode and selects the chord type. Chord mode allows a whole chord to be played when just selecting one note on the selected instrument
E. Enables arpeggiator mode and selects the arpeggiator mode. Arpeggiator mode allows a sequence of notes to trigger in a specific pattern when holding down/ sustaining one note
F. Sustains/ holds any notes that have been triggered while this is held even when the notes have been released
G. Shifts range of selected instrument +/- 3 octaves
H. Favorites the currently selected instrument
I. Cycles through instruments by default, but can also control volume and transpose octaves
