The RØDECaster Pro II brings several new features. For example, the machine now has high-end Neutrik™ audio connections and the machine has a super efficient quad-core audio engine, which ensures even faster audio processing. The unit also supports multi-track recordings, so you can easily record multiple sound sources at the same time. For example: want to record a podcast with 4 people? No problem! Connect 4 microphones and before you know it you can start recording. You can even make high-quality bluetooth recordings of telephone conversations.
Furthermore, the new RØDECaster comes with very nice new software features that are supported by APHEX®. This gives you access to all kinds of beautiful audio effects with which you can make the recordings even cleaner (or dirtier). Think of filters, compressors, exciters, etc. Also, there is the addition of the Revolution Preamps™, which ensure beautiful recordings with ultra low-noise. This allows you to use even the most sensitive mics. And it does all this, right in the box!
Last but not least, there are also the Smart Pads. With this you can not only simply play sounds, but you can also activate voice effects such as robot, pitch, and reverb effects with the click of a button. Just to name a few. The pads also allow you to trigger automated mix actions such as fade-ins and fade-outs with a flick of the wrist.
