The Novation Launchkey 61 MK4 is a keyboard controller designed for musicians, offering effortless integration with all major DAWs and a variety of creative tools. It boasts a redesigned keybed, patented Launchpad-style pads, continuous encoders, and a vibrant OLED display, giving you direct control over chord progressions, melodies, bass lines, and sequences.
Notable features include Scale Mode, which lets you play in 30 different scales without hitting wrong notes, and Fixed Chord and User Chord modes to save your favorite progressions. Its advanced arpeggiator and Chord Map enhance musical creativity, while the 16 velocity-sensitive pads ensure dynamic and expressive play.
The Launchkey comes with a comprehensive software bundle, including Ableton Live 12 Lite, GForce and Orchestral Tools' orchestral and synth libraries, and Klevgrand production plugins. Melodics also offers lessons that help users improve their skills with Launchkey’s intuitive layout.
