All orders for in-stock products placed by 5:00 PM on any business day are normally shipped the very same day (Cash On Delivery payment). Orders on Pay In Advance are normally shipped on the day of approval of your payment (in-stock products). All orders received after 5:00 PM are considered to be placed on the following business day. An indication of the shipping period of products not on stock can be found in the relevant product description. For Pay In Advance, approximately 4 days must be added (depending on your bank relation). We do not work and cannot ship on Sundays. If we anticipate any type of delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by e-mail and give you the option of accepting the order or canceling it.
