Meet Erica Synths Plasma Drive , the newest addition to the Erica Fusion Series, developed in collaboration with Gamechanger Audio. With its unique Distortion taste and central heating control over Distortion and Dry/Wet Mix, Plasma Drive offers unparalleled versatility. Equipped with an assignable equalizer and 1 octave up and 1 and 2 octaves down tracking oscillators, this module delivers a whole new level of sonic exploration.
Inspired by the groundbreaking plasma pedal, makes plasma drive use of a revolutionary Signal clipping method, where audio signals are converted into high -voltage discharges for super -fast, responsive distortion. By strengthening signals to 3000V, Plasma Drive creates a thunderous sound with unparalleled character.
Designed for Eurorack systems, Plasma Drive has CV control over the Distortion level and the dry/wet mix, together with switchable tracking oscillators for extra harmonics. Powered via conventional Eurorack-PSU edge cable, consumes Plasma Drive about 150mA, making it a seamless addition to every setup.
