Since the release of Denon Engine 3.1, the PRIME 4+ offers over 25 fully customizable main FX and 4 dynamic, knob-controlled Sweep-FX, allowing you to unleash your full creative mixing potential. The 2 dedicated main FX sections feature dedicated OLED displays and knobs to set and manipulate the frequency, parameters, beat divisions, and dry/wet mix of the selected FX. To add even more drama and excitement to your sound, the 4 Sweep-FX can be automatically engaged by turning the Sweep-FX knob on each channel and can even be combined with the main FX for endless immersive FX combinations. The expressive Touch-FX turns the 10.1-inch touchscreen into an XY controller, allowing you to have live FX manipulation literally at your fingertips!

Engine DJ 3.1
The Engine DJ Performance Software for Hardware (OS) offers several new features that take your DJ experience to the next level. With the Touch FX functionality, you can use the touchscreen to have control over effects in a whole new way. With a simple swipe, you can instantly create exciting build-ups, drops, and transitions. Additionally, you can lock Touch FX, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your mix while the effect remains active.
Furthermore, Denon DJ devices receive 26 new and updated main effects. These dynamic effects provide DJs with convenient tools to build energy, create dramatic effects, and achieve smooth transitions. You can easily select the desired effect, such as Echo Out, Swell Verb, Hold Echo, Recycler, Stutter Out, Riser, and more.
Another improvement is the addition of a Frequency parameter to all effects. This allows you to apply the effect to a specific frequency, giving you even more control over the sound. Sampler functionality has also been updated. You can now route sampler audio to any available channel or the main output, providing greater flexibility when using samples in your mix.
The Engine DJ Preparation Software (Desktop) also introduces new features. The Smartlists feature automatically organizes songs from all connected drives into playlists based on criteria you specify. This helps keep your music collection organized and allows you to quickly find the desired tracks. Additionally, various improvements and bug fixes have been implemented to optimize the software's stability and performance.
