Product Information Behringer RD-9
The beauty of the Behringer RD-9 is that it’s simple to use and sounds great. Built to enhance your performance, the RD-9 features all-new live features in any sequencer mode, including step repeat, note repeat, real-time triggering, and live step overdubbing. This makes it easy to trigger recording in pattern mode so you can build song structures on the fly, and switch back to playback mode at the touch of a button. Nearly every drum sound has its own tuning, level, attack, and decay controls, allowing you to customize each sound to your liking or adjust them on the fly to create drum sounds that vary in intensity and tonality as the song progresses. Add extra tension with the autofill function and introduce more variations. You can even recall a different song from memory without interrupting playback, allowing you to play entire sets from start to finish!
The integrated Wave Designer features individual attack and sustain controls that you can apply to individual voices to give your drum beats an extra dimension. Furthermore, the Behringer RD-9's highly flexible dual-mode filter knob switches between LPF and HPF, allowing you to experiment with the cutoff frequency and resonance controls to create truly out-of-this-world beats. You can record these smooth sweeps directly into the sequencer and further refine them with the step editor!
