Many famous monitor speakers are equipped with a woofer and a tweeter; a two-way system. Sometimes even more than that. Nevertheless, it is important that your mix also sounds great on simpler systems such as your car system or on a TV. That is why it is important to check your mix on simpler speakers. However, these speakers deliver clear and smooth sound in the midrange. This Avantone Mixcube red is originally based on the 5C Sound Cubes from Auratone. Meanwhile, these Avantone Mixcubes are the studio standard in many studios. This speaker has a handy XLR / 1/4" jack combo input. The 5" woofer is made of paper, chosen because of its musical character. Custom made with the finest pulp from New Zealand and added mica fibers for lighter weight and firmness. In short: the Avantone Mixcube red is a must-have for anyone who wants to check their mix on multiple systems.
