Product Information Auralex Studiofoam Pro
Studio Foam Pro is a 1.5 inch acoustical foam plate which delivers outstanding acoustic performance with an NRC of 0.90. Foam Studio Pro has a Class A fire rating, according to the ASTM E84 protocol, and is therefore suitable for use in both studios and restaurants, clubs and other venues.
Some types of public buildings are looking for acoustic materials that are Class A fire resistant (flame spread and smoke development are below a certain threshold). There are not many products that meet these requirements, the Studio Foam Pro does, however.
