Audient iD48

The iD48 is a professional 8-channel audio interface designed for both producers and engineers. Equipped with Audient Console Mic Preamps, advanced 32-bit ESS converters and innovative Switchable Analog Insert technology, it simplifies the integration of external equipment for a smooth and efficient studio workflow. The ultra-low noise mic preamps, delivering 68dB of gain, use the same op-amp design as Audient’s legendary ASP8024-HE console, resulting in authentic analogue performance right on your desktop. Switchable Insert technology allows you to choose between mic preamps or direct DAW routing per channel, eliminating the hassle of cables and providing flexible recording paths. The 32-bit ESS DAC offers a dynamic range of 126.5dB for exceptional audio clarity. The expansion options via ADAT, S/PDIF or SMUX allow for up to 16 additional inputs, making the iD48 suitable for demanding multi-microphone sessions. In addition, the iD48 functions as a professional monitor controller with headphone and Alt speaker outputs, dual headphone amplifiers and flexible line outputs.
