Alto TX12S features a 12-inch driver with a 2-inch voice coil to reproduce deep bass frequencies that are often lost with standard full-range speakers. The built-in 900W amplifier system provides overload protection to keep the low tones clean and clear, even at high volume. With two voicing modes (Live and Music) and selectable Low Pass Filters, you can adjust the frequency response to seamlessly integrate the active subwoofer with any speaker system and listening location. The simple, knob-controlled settings switch EQ voicing quickly without complicated controls. The fiberboard enclosure is durable, free of resonance, and improves acoustic properties, and the design and tuning of the TX Series are done in the United States.
