Product Information AKG P420
The AKG P420 is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone that is perfect for demanding project studio recording applications. It has a high sensitivity and can handle up to 155dB SPL, making it the warm and transparent sound quality that is ideal for ensemble recordings, wings, wood blowers and brass inchers, as well as drums and percussion. The P420 also has three selectable polar patterns - cardioid, omnidirectional or figure 8 - which makes it an excellent tool for stereo -miking techniques and environmental recordings.
