The new Akai MPK Mini Plus gives musicians and live performers complete creative control and delivers new forms of expression. Along with the following performance tools, advanced connectivity easily unites all your favorite studio gear for complete and comprehensive hardware integration in a compact 3-octave design.
The MPK Mini Plus features 37 keys with the Gen 2 Dynamic Keybed for extensive melodic and harmonic options. For those creative moments or DAW-less jam sessions, the built-in polyphonic 2-track step/live Sequencer instantly captures new melodic and drum patterns. Choose effects with the 8 assignable 360-degree knobs for any function, including filters, automation, pan controls and more. The 8 velocity-sensitive MPC drum pads with RGB backlighting form the backbone for playing dynamic beats and programming drums, but also for assigning program changes and activating additional CC parameters.
