sE's best-selling, GRAMMY-singer-cardioid recording, award-winning microphone (including the Music Industry Association award), received a facelift and update feature. The core of the 2200a II is the handmade and hand-tuned brass capsule which has put sE on the market as a serious manufacturer. This gold-sputtered center-terminated is constructed in the same manner as the European vintage capsule used for decades by many and loved. The new stylish black lacquer is more than just looks: the paint is mixed with rubber to dampen chassis resonances. In addition, the sE2200a C II comes with matching black rubber shock mount so that all your recordings consist only of the sounds that you want to record.
