Product Information Focusrite Clarett OctoPre
The Focusrite Clarett OctoPre is an 8-channel input and output mic preamp that can be used to extend the capabilities of a Clarett Thunderbolt audio interface (or other interface with ADAT inputs and outputs).
The eight mic preamps are designed specifically for the series Clarett series with a large amount of gain, low noise and distortion but high audio quality. The amplifier has an "Air" feature which makes it sound like a classic Focusrite ISA microphone preamp by changing the impedance and by switching on a new transformer resonance effect.
