The FiiO E12 Montblanc is a professional portable headphone amplifier. This headphone amplifier uses the combinations of Opamp OPA1611 and LME49600, originally designed by Texas Instruments (USA). The OPA1611 is a voltage amplifier and LME49600 delivers excellent output.
The two opamps work together and deliver the limit of nearly 0% distortion of a maximum distortion of 0.000015%!
Mont Blanc has an aluminum housing and is functional and beautiful. The two hidden screws on the end of the housing allow for easy access to the internal amplifier.
Mont Blanc E12 represents tremendous craftsmanship and a leap forward in the professional music world.
The E12 is charged via a 5V connector, so for example via a PC or iPad. It takes approximately 3 hours to recharge from empty to full.
