The Arturia DrumBrute is a powerful fully analog drumsynthsizer with built-in sequencer for performance. This synth is perfect for creating bizarre sounds. There are no fewer than 17 different analog drum sounds on the Drum Brute such as Kick 1 Kick 2, snare, clap, hi-hat 1 hihat 2 conga Hi, conga lo, tom hi, tom lo, maracas, rimshot, clave, tambourine , cymbal, reverse cymbal and zap. Unique is the analogue reverse cymbal which can be used to create a particular drum sound. Also interesting is the fact that the Arturia Drum Brute has the possibility to route all sounds to individual output. Making patterns on the Drum Brute is a piece of cake thanks to the handy step sequencer. In this step sequencer up to 64 steps can be placed at a maximum of 64 patterns with assigned pattern effects (swing and randomness assignment). In addition, a Steiner Parker filter is present as used in the well-known MiniBrute synthesizer. Also special is the fact that polyrhythmes can be created by using patterns of different lengths.
