Akai Tom Cat is a completely analog drum machine with five built-in percussion voices, including kick, snare and clap sounds. The tone, amplitude envelopes and volume per drum are easy to adjust independently from the unit.
The six MPC-style pads and built-in 32-step step sequencer provide easy workflow. Drum Patterns can be fine-tuned with the swing function, and it's also easy to select patterns and the pace on the fly to match. The unique 'Maul' feature lets you drum beats additionally making something more powerful!
